Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. is taking a major step forward to accelerate IP innovation and development. We have established Liquidmorphium, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary created to house all future intellectual property developed by the company, including patents, trademarks, and licensing rights related to its amorphous alloy technology and manufacturing processes.
We are committed to developing innovative amorphous alloy solutions for the robotics, consumer products and medical device industries, and our new IP structure will strengthen the competitive advantage Liquidmetal has developed in materials science and advanced manufacturing.
What Is Liquidmorphium?
Liquidmorphium™ is the brand name for the company’s next generation of injection molding machines. Liquidmorphium has been developed through years of amorphous alloy manufacturing experience and positions the company for high-tech automation, lower costs and increased production capacity, in anticipation of our new manufacturing facility in Hangzhou, China.

Strengthening IP Protection
To support this enhanced IP strategy, Liquidmetal has retained Umberg Zipser LLP, a premier business litigation and intellectual property law firm. Recognized by the Daily Journal as one of California’s Top Litigation Boutiques and consistently honored by Best Lawyers in America® and Super Lawyers®, Umberg Zipser combines big-firm sophistication with boutique agility.

Looking Ahead
These initiatives represent a significant investment in Liquidmetal’s future and the company’s ability to deliver advanced amorphous alloy solutions to customers worldwide. As the demand for high-performance materials grows, particularly in humanoid robotics, precision medical devices, and next-generation consumer products, Liquidmetal is positioning itself at the forefront of the amorphous alloy industry.
