Utilizing both cold and hot crucible processes, we are able to form fully amorphous components in a single step. This process allows designers to access the freedom of designing a molded part, with CNC level precision, twice the strength of titanium, and the hardness of a steel.
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) or Powder Injection Molding (PIM) is a net-shape process for the production of highly complex metal components in medium to very high annual volumes. The process combines the design freedom of plastic injection molding with material properties near that of wrought crystalline metals. With its inherent design flexibility, MIM is capable of producing an almost limitless array of geometries in many different alloys.
